How to Choose a Pickleball Paddle?
Shape
Pickleball paddles come in many different shapes and sizes for all kinds of players. Some paddles have an extended face, some have a wide face, some have a standard balanced shape, while others may have cutouts or really unique characteristics that make the shape standout. Many players from tennis or other racquet sports may prefer a shape that resembles more from something they're used to. Other players may know they would rather have a wider face paddle for a larger hitting surface while others want an elongated paddle to dig more balls out. Whatever the shape you prefer, we have a large selection of variations to choose from.

Design
Designs of paddles may not seem like an important aspect of the paddle but we would suggest that it's great to find a paddle that you have pride and confidence in when on the court. You're going to be using the paddle for a while and it's nice for you to love how it looks. Is it fierce, fun, bright, sleek, minimalistic? Weight
Paddles have different weights for different players. Some enjoy lightweight paddles while others like the heavyweight paddles that feel more like a tennis racquet. Paddles typically range from 7oz to 9oz with many in the 7.5 to 8.1oz range. Some players even add lead tape to the edges of their paddles to make them heavier in certain areas of the paddle face. Construction
Many paddles are made of similar components and will perform typically around the same range except for the ones that include new technology and engineered with progressive techniques.
